ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order has been confirmed, our distribution team will prepare it for shipment. When your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email with the details of your delivery. Please check your inbox and, if necessary, your spam folder to ensure you receive this notification.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the progress of your shipment using the tracking information provided in the email. If you encounter any issues or do not receive a tracking notification, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, external factors such as courier delays may occasionally affect timelines.
SINGAPORE: 3-5 DAYS
MY PACKAGE SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT IT’S NOT HERE!
Sometimes the delivery team scores a goal… but into the wrong net. We recommend checking with your mail carrier or neighbors first — packages often turn up nearby. If it still hasn’t surfaced, reach out to us and we’ll get you sorted with a replacement. (Unless it was stolen by that one neighbor who’s always flexing in the lobby. Every building has one.)

Yes! We ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and Philippines.
