Here’s how returns and cancellations work in our sporty little corner of the world:

🏀 Returns & Exchanges

  • You’ve got 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, undamaged.
  • Message us so we can give you a Return Authorization Number and the steps to proceed.
  • Warranty coverage starts from the original purchase date.
  • Returns/exchanges must be initiated from the original point of sale (fastcorner.sg).
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs for exchanges.
  • International orders = final sale. No returns, no exchanges, no take‑backs.

Additional Notes:

  • You get two free passes to return orders because of change‑of‑mind or other non‑manufacturing reasons.
  • After that? Each extra return/exchange = $10 admin fee.
  • Cancellations only count if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable (unless we haven’t shipped yet).
  • If your order had “free shipping,” we’ll deduct the usual $2.20 standard shipping fee.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to the total item value.
  • Return shipping costs? That’s on you, champ.

  • After that? Each extra cancellation = 5% restocking fee.
  • Cancellations only count if requested within 24 hours of purchase (banks charge transaction fees even if you cancel).
  • Shipping fees will be refunded if you cancel within the allowed period.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting all applicable fees (shipping, restocking, cancellation).
  • The balance will be sent back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to clear.
